SAE 100 R13 steel wire spiral hydraulic hose is suitable for transporting petroleum-based hydraulic oil and is also mainly used in high-pressure service. It consists of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made of black oil-resistant synthetic rubber, which gives it excellent performance in transporting petroleum-based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made of multiple layers of high-tensile, high-strength thick spiral steel wire in alternating directions, giving the hose an extremely high working pressure. In addition, wire-wound hydraulic hoses can withstand higher working pressures than wire-reinforced hydraulic hoses. Therefore, the hose has outstanding performance in ultra-high pressure environment. The cover is made of high quality black synthetic rubber, which makes the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cutting, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight.
High Pressure Rating: SAE 100R13 hose is rated for working pressures of up to 5,000 psi, making it suitable for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems.
